200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh

There is no more sacred place in the world to learn yoga than Rishikesh. Set in the Himalayan foothills on the banks of the holy Ganges, this 26-day residential program transforms sincere practitioners into skilled, internationally certified yoga teachers. Every morning begins before sunrise with practices by the river. Every evening closes with mantra and silence.

The program follows the Yoga Alliance RYS 200 curriculum in the classical Hatha lineage. With a maximum of 12 students per batch, every student receives personal attention, hands-on alignment corrections, and genuine mentorship from lead faculty.
