The program follows the Yoga Alliance RYS 200 curriculum in the classical Hatha lineage, enriched with Yin yoga and mindfulness practices unique to the Dharamshala environment. Maximum 12 students per batch ensures personal mentorship and genuine transformation.

Yogic cleansing followed by pranayama — Kapalabhati, Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Ujjayi.

Morning Asana — Classical Hatha

Full Hatha practice with alignment cues, modifications, and hands-on adjustments by faculty.

Freshly prepared Himachali vegetarian breakfast — paratha, porridge, seasonal fruits, chai.

₹10,000 advance via UPI/bank transfer/card secures your seat. Balance due 7 days before batch starts. EMI available via credit card.
